About Aviva
Aviva Malayev FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career as an Emergency Department nurse in South Florida and later transitioned into urgent care during the second wave of the pandemic, where she gained extensive experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute conditions.
In 2022, Aviva founded Aviva Wellness LLC, offering concierge family medicine and mobile IV therapy, both in-office and in the comfort of patients’ homes or workplaces. That same year, she expanded into aesthetics, training with top injectors to bring advanced, high-quality treatments to her patients.
Today, Aviva combines her emergency medicine expertise, concierge approach, and aesthetic artistry to provide comprehensive care that helps patients look and feel their best.
My Story
I began my career as an ER nurse in South Florida. I then became a Family Nurse Practitioner right before covid began in 2019. My first job as an NP was in 2020 during the pandemic overseeing a covid research site clinic where we administered and studied monoclonal antibodies for SARS Covid 19 and the effects of it.
During that time, people had a fear to leave their homes, especially in a hospital setting. Many in my community including family and friends were desperate to have health care in the comfort of their homes and find a way to stay strong, healthy and boost their immune system.
In 2021, I took a dive into urgent care, during the 2nd wave of the pandemic. I was able to evaluate and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and strengthen my skills as a provider. Having my Emergency Nursing experience was a big plus in urgent care setting.
In 2022, I launched my own company, Aviva Wellness LLC which is a mobile service for IV drips and Concierge Family Medicine in the comfort of the patient’s home, office or hotel.
